ROD
Blatant lying will have your ass landing out on the street faster than you can say, "The cheque is in the mail". It is simply not a habit you want to find yourself slipping into on any level. Be it at work, at home, or with your pals, you shouldn't lie.
We didn't say anything about bending the truth though. I find I can justify almost anything to myself under the right circumstances. In doing that, I am convinced that there are different types of lying. Obvious lying, without a shred of truth or support is wrong. Not only can you get caught in them easier, they can rapidly build up over time. Soon you've lost track of what you've said to whom. You end up un-trusted and looking like a fool.

BOB
This one is going to be short since it is quite self-explanatory. Using common sense here it becomes obvious that if you lie you will only create trouble for yourself. Lies will compile and build to a point where you will not be able to keep track of what you have said in the past and people will begin to distrust you. Obviously don’t lie. Often in many situations people will expect you to come up with some excuse, which is going to be a lie, and if come out right and blurt out the truth it can confuse them long enough that they will forget they were mad. Sometimes that is easier said than done right? Well there are times and I can never encourage this, which you must LIE.
.......
If you are not a good liar don’t lie. This comes down to a comfort level but once again I cannot stress enough that you should avoid lying as much as possible.
